Return Policies

Charts and Reports - There are no returns or refunds on charts or reports. However, if you submitted the wrong birth information and need your chart redone, Meredith charges a $5 fee to re-do your chart or report. Please send a $5.00 payment through venmo or paypal. Venmo; @Meredith-Froemke or Paypal at; soulnavigation@ihmail.com. Meredith will happily re-do the chart or report if she entered the birth information incorrectly. Please send your request to her team at teamsoulnavigation@gmail.com.

Jewelry - Because of the exclusivity of Soul Navigation's Intention Jewelry Designed by Dawn Wonder returns & exchanges must be made within 5 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, unscratched and unmarred and with no missing, broken or exchanged stones.  Metal finishes and stone(s) must be unmarred. Any scratched, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment and notified of immediately.

Note: Original shipping charges, credit card and  fees (if any) are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
